ICMEMSCE2019 has been held since 2012. In 2019, the conference was a great success thanks to the support of Sun Yat-Sen University, Georgia Institute of Technology and City University of Hong Kong，University of Toyama, Japan. We are pleased to have accepted 59 papers (initially from 100 submissions) coming from 27 regions and countries including Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic, Ecuador, France, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom. The presentations are divided into 1 poster session and 3 parallel sessions.
We’d like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our chairs, sponsors, technical program committee members, organizing committee members, authors and delegates, who made a lot of efforts and contributions year by year.
